winces in pain, gasping as my breath is knocked out of me but slowly pushes my self up, but ribs slowly healing

yells out then coughs up some blood and grabs my throat, holding my chest with my free hand

takes my hand off the ground, the wall now two meters high, so hopefully youc ant jump over them and grabs my neck again wincing before coughing up more blood, my vision blurring abit, needing mroe blood to help quickly, and my couching not allowing it to heal
